Delivery & Shipping
Physical copies of the Calendar will be printed and shipped from the UK using Royal Mail. The target shipping date for all physical calendars is Friday 3rd of December 2021.
Based on standard last shipping dates we would expect the physical copies of the Calendar to be with everyone before Christmas however given current worldwide shipping challenges this is not guaranteed.
Digital copies of the Calendar will be emailed out on the 20th of December 2021 at noon (gmt).
Printing at Home
We welcome purchasers to print at home or at local printers! Please note that our pages are A4 (210 x 297 mm) which may not be standard sizing particularly in the Americas. If printing at home please test a single page first and ensure your printer is suitably scaled.
Returns
Prior to items being shipped/emailed you are entitled to a full refund should you change your mind however the refund will not be able to include the merchant fees incurred (see below) so please be certain before you buy!
Fees
Free Worldwide shipping is included in all orders of the physical calendar however as with all internationally shipped products there may be additional customs costs.
Dragon Age Annual are not liable for these costs. Please ensure you factor in any local costs as part of your purchase price for affordability.
Paypal takes a small merchant fee for each transaction (1.7% + 0.30 USD, for more details see here)
While you will not be responsible for this as a buyer should you request a refund Dragon Age Annual will deduct these fees from any returned monies.
